Tips:
A: The tofu itself is relatively soft. Don't stir fry vigorously with a spatula when adding it to the pot to keep the tofu lumpy.
B: The red oil bean paste itself has a salty taste, no need to add salt
C: After adding water starch, turn to medium heat and wait until the juice is thick. If the heat is high, it is easy to dry the soup and make the tofu stick to the pot.
