Use cooking wine, fresh soy, salt, sugar, vinegar, minced garlic, pepper, and make a juice for later use

Heat the oil in the pan, put down the day lily, black fungus, carrots, stir fry until the carrots linger

Heat the oil in the pot, put the tofu and stir until it becomes light yellow

Add day lily and black fungus and carrot shreds

Pour in the juice, cook for 3 minutes, add water and starch to thicken

Add chicken essence, scallions, stir well, and drizzle with sesame oil.
Tips:
You can put some tomato sauce, the color will look better.
