Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Fry evenly to golden brown and then it can be out of the pan.

Tips:
1. The bean paste can be chopped in advance.
2. You can use broth instead of water, and it tastes good.
3. The smaller cut tofu is more delicious.
4. Adding soy sauce and bean paste is already salty enough, you don't need to add salt.
