Yuzi Shrimp

Wash the shrimp and peas.

Cook the peas in a small pot and set aside.

Head and shell the shrimp, and use a toothpick to pick out the sand line.

Japanese tofu is stripped of its packaging.

Cut them into slices of the same thickness and place them on a large plate.

Put the shrimp on the tofu.

Put on peas again.

Steam over water for 4 minutes.

Pour the water in the dish into the pot.

Put an appropriate amount of water, starch, salt, sugar, cooking wine, fresh soy, chicken essence, chopped green onion in the pot, boil it, and turn it into thin gorgon.

Just pour the thin gorgon on the jade shrimp blade.
Tips:
Just put a little bit of fresh soy, the color is too dark.
