Five-minute fast food, (within 45 minutes is considered fast) this should be a super fast hand, not a small cold dish, it can be used to entertain guests all year round.
With zero cooking dishes, novices can entertain guests without any burden. The fresh and fragrant taste and small shape are enough.

Yuzi Shrimp

1. 2 bags of Japanese tofu, about 15 shrimps, after cleaning, pick out the sand line to remove the case, a little green peas

2. Use a knife to cut the tofu from the middle (there is a dotted line on the outside of the package, follow the instructions), divide it into two sections, pick up the bottom of the package, gently place the tofu on the cutting board, and cut into 1 cm thick slices

3. Arrange the cut Japanese tofu evenly on the plate, with a shrimp on each surface of the tofu

4. Garnish the green beans, sprinkle a little salt, and prepare to put in the steamer

5. Steam on the pot, three to five minutes after the pot is boiled, to keep the tofu and shrimp fresh and tender

6. Pour the steamed water into a bowl and add a little starch to make it evenly. (If the moisture is too little, you can add a little cold water in an appropriate amount)

7. Pour the water starch into the pot, add a little Yipin Xian (soy sauce), turn off the heat after forming a thin glutinous juice

8. Pour the gorgon juice into a small bowl and pour it on the steamed jade shrimp

9. The little jade shrimps can be served on the table

Tips:

To make this dish, it is important to keep the raw materials fresh.
Japanese tofu is fragile, please be gentle when handling
