Zamon Flower Soup

Prepare the flour, add a small amount of water, and start mixing!

Stir the flour into small lumps and set aside.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and set aside.

Wash the green peppers to remove the stalks and set aside.

Cut the small rapeseed into small pieces for later use.

Put the tomato chunks into the pot and boil for five minutes.

The second step is to put the green pepper into the soup.

Put the mixed noodles into the pot!

Add the gnocchi and throw an egg into the pan, then put the rapeseed on the heat. After the high heat is brought to the boil, change to a low heat and continue cooking.

Tips:
1. When mixing the noodles, add water slowly, adding several times to ensure that the lumps are small, easy to cook in the pot, and the taste is better. 2. Zhamon flower with flax oil, the taste is more fragrant. But those who are not used to the taste of flax oil can use ordinary peanut oil.
