Make a piece of dough and knead it well

Divide into small doses of uniform size

Take a small agent and knead it into a steamed bun, and then use your index finger and thumb to cut a small hole on the top of the steamed bun. Use the same method to cut a small hole on the front, back, left, and right

Soak the red dates, wash them, and insert them into the holes in the steamed buns to turn them into steamed buns.

Tips:
Red dates must be soaked in advance to wash out the dust in the crevices. This is the same as steamed buns. You have to wait until the 饧 is done before steaming.
