Chop green onion and ginger, wash star anise and cinnamon.

Put oil in the pan, add green onion, ginger, star anise, and cinnamon and stir fry until it is fragrant.

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt and chicken essence.

Pour the broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes;
