There was one steamed bun left last night, which happened to be used for today’s breakfast. If I want to change to a new way of eating, I made this zhixiang steamed bun with a bowl of shredded seaweed soup. A simple and nutritious breakfast is alive!

Zhixiang Mantou

1. Steamed buns, eggs, cooked black sesame seeds, white pepper, refined salt

2. Steamed bun slices

3. Add black sesame seeds, white pepper and refined salt to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly

4. Steamed bun slices dipped in egg mixture

5. Add soy salad oil to the pot, heat up, add the steamed bun slices, and fry both sides to make golden brown.

6. Zhixiang steamed buns are ready

7. Made a sesame omelet with the remaining egg liquid

8. Put the shredded cucumber, seaweed, and chopped green onion in a bowl, add a little salt, a few drops of sesame oil, add boiling water and mix thoroughly. A bowl of refreshing vegetable soup is ready

9. Zhixiang steamed buns, sesame egg rolls, and a bowl of vegetable soup, please have breakfast!

Tips:

The white pepper powder is added to the egg liquid to remove the fishy taste of the egg, which tastes better than the cooking wine.
