Zhixiang Peanut Biscuits

Prepare all the ingredients.

Add powdered sugar to the egg liquid and beat until the egg liquid becomes lighter in color.

Add 30 grams of corn oil to the egg mixture three times and beat until a thick egg paste.

Add 2 tablespoons of tahini and stir well. (The sesame sauce is just bought, it's relatively thin)

Add peanut powder and mix well.

Sift in low powder.

Stir evenly into a slightly soft dough.

Divide it into small noodle pieces of about 9 grams each, round it lightly with the palm of your hand, and then squeeze it slightly.

Take a small flattened cake and put it in a biscuit mold, and lightly press it with your fingers, so that the pattern can be clearly printed on the cake.

Then place the biscuit mold on the table with the die mouth down and gently push out the biscuit dough.

Carefully move the finished biscuit dough into the baking tray, and continue to make all of them. Preheat the oven: 130 degrees for 12 minutes, turn off the heat after 8 minutes, and continue to heat up to the end of the time. Allow the oven temperature to cool down before taking out the biscuits.
Tips:
The 2 spoons of sesame paste referred to here are the medium spoons for general meals.
