Zongqing Dragon Boat Festival-----[candied Dates and Horn Dumplings]

Prepare the raw materials, wash and soak the glutinous rice in advance (at least 4 hours), and wash the fresh zong leaves (I bought the vacuum-packed zong leaves, which have been processed, just wash them);

Take a zong leaf and roll it into a funnel from the middle;

Put a little glutinous rice and a candied date;
4.
Put glutinous rice on top and press it tightly with a spoon;

Cover the glutinous rice with the tip of the leaf to the left, and then cover the zong leaves with the petiole to the right, forming a triangular shape at the top;

Tie it with cotton thread;

Pack all the rice dumplings;

Put the zongzi into the pressure cooker, add water to the zongzi;

Put the lid on, turn to medium and low heat and turn off the heat after 40 minutes;

After being naturally discouraged, you can open the lid and eat rice dumplings!
Tips:
1. Zongzi is delicious, but you can't eat too much. If you eat too much, it hurts the stomach. For the elderly and children, it is best to eat one at a time;
2. Steam the rice dumplings again when they are cold, do not eat cold rice dumplings.
3. Wash glutinous rice and soak for at least 4 hours. It can be stored in the refrigerator in hot weather. If you can't finish eating rice dumplings, you can put them in a food bag and store them in the freezer when you want to eat them. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
