Wash and soak the glutinous rice, and soak the red beans (soak the rice and red beans in the refrigerator the night before), wash and soak the dried rice dumplings, let them boil in a pot of water for 10 minutes, remove and soak in water , Prepare cotton thread and scissors;

Take a zong leaf and fold it into a funnel from one third of it;

Fill up with glutinous rice and red beans;

Put the zongzi into the pressure cooker, add water to the zongzi;

After being naturally discouraged, open the lid and remove the rice dumplings;

Peel the rice dumplings and start eating! (You can eat it with sugar)
Tips:
1. I soak the red beans and glutinous rice separately, and mix them together when making zongzi.
2. This zongzi is wrapped in a zong leaf, which is not very big, so the cooking time is relatively short. If the zongzi you wrap is relatively large, the cooking time must be extended.
