Zongqing Dragon Boat Festival---【red Date Zongzi】

Wash and soak the glutinous rice (at least 2 hours), wash and soak the dried zong leaves, let them boil in a pot of water for 10 minutes, remove them and soak them in clear water, wash the red dates for later use, prepare cotton thread and scissors;

Take a zong leaf and fold it into a funnel from one third of it;

Put the zongzi into the pressure cooker, add water to the zongzi;

Put the lid on, turn to medium and low heat and turn off the heat after 40 minutes;

After being naturally discouraged, open the lid, remove the zongzi, peel the zongzi and start eating!
Tips:
Zongzi is delicious, but you can’t eat more. The cooked zongzi can’t be eaten at one time. You can put it in a fresh-keeping bag. You can store it in the refrigerator for three to five days. You can also store it in the freezer compartment. Just cooked.
