Zongzi Mung Bean Congee

Mung beans are soaked in water overnight in advance.

Peel off the skin of the zongzi and place it on the chopping board.

Strip the zongzi and cut into small dices.

Put the cut zongzi into a boiling pot, add a proper amount of water and put it on the stove to boil.

After the porridge is boiled, stir and roll the zongzi with a spoon to let the zongzi slowly boil.

Take another pot, add mung beans and a bowl of water to cook the mung beans.

After the mung beans are cooked, pour in the cooked rice dumpling porridge and cook for five minutes. Add some rock sugar to taste.
Tips:
Before cooking the porridge, taste the changes in the taste of zongzi. If you taste the zongzi filling is a bit sour, bitter, and tastes incorrect, don't eat it anymore.
