Zongzi Peanut Balls

Peanuts are roasted, peeled and crushed, fried with sesame seeds, and mixed well with crushed peanuts;

Take the remaining rice dumplings out of the refrigerator;
3.
Remove the zongzi leaves, cut into pieces, wrap them in aluminum foil, and heat them in a microwave; PS: make the zongzi soft, and the zongzi will be hard when taken out of the refrigerator.

Knead into small circles with your hands;

The soft rice dumplings are small reunions, wrapped in chopped peanuts and sesame seeds;

Put silicone oil paper on the baking tray and put in the finished rice dumpling balls;

Preheat the oven, 180 degrees, 18 minutes; PS: Each oven is different, the time and temperature are slightly different.

Tips:
1. The zongzi taken out of the refrigerator is hard, so it is easy to cut into pieces;
2. Put the chopped zongzi into the microwave to heat up, it will become soft and easy to knead into a ball;
3. Hot rice dumplings are easy to be coated with sesame and ground peanuts;
4. Each oven is different, the temperature and time are slightly different.
