Zucchini Fried Kaiyang

Prepared ingredients.

Soak in Kaiyang and clean water for half an hour.

Zucchini peeled and sliced
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil and stir in the garlic froth.

Add in the soaked open ocean and fry for ten seconds.

Add the zucchini slices.

Stir evenly over high heat.

Add a little salt, soak in ocean water, stir well, and continue to cook for another minute or so.

Tips:
Kaiyang should be soaked until soft, and the salt inside should be soaked out.
