Sometimes when buying too much noodles, there will always be some left, so just stir-frying it is a meal. This small spotted bowl was originally used by my son, but only used twice. The son broke the bowl abruptly. So this photo became the last memorial.

Zucchini Fried Noodles

1. After the noodles are cooked, pass cold water twice.

2. Pour oil into the pan, add tomatoes and stir fry.

3. Add salt and cook for one minute.

4. Add half a bowl of water.

5. Put in sliced zucchini.

6. Finally, pour the noodles and stir them with chopsticks.

7. Pour in a little braised sauce to color.

8. Add MSG after turning off the heat.

Tips:

When sautéing tomatoes, the fire should be lower, and the juice will be easy to boil after adding salt. With this juice, the noodles will be more fragrant.
