Zucchini Fried Pork

Wash zucchini, peel and cut into semi-circular slices; wash and slice pork belly

Squeeze the pork to dryness, add salt and cooking wine starch and marinate for 20 minutes

Heat oil in a pan, saute the ginger and garlic, add the meat slices and stir fry to change the color
