Zucchini with Sesame Sauce

1. Wash and shred the zucchini~

2. Because my grandma’s teeth were not good, we simmered the zucchini shreds in boiling water, and then took them out of cold water~

3. Wait for the zucchini shreds to cool down and remove the water control~

4. Use June fresh instead of water to make sesame sauce and add vinegar and sugar together to make a thicker state. Add a little sesame oil to make the sesame sauce melt more easily~

5. If the taste is too strong, add a small amount of water

Tips:
