1 Sausage, 1 Bean Sprouts, 1 Stir-fry, Simple and Delicious
1.
One sausage sliced and set aside.
2.
Put oil in the pan, pour the sausage and stir fry.
3.
Stir-fry until the sausage is slightly rolled, pour in bean sprouts and stir fry together.
4.
Stir-fry the soybean sprouts until they shrink and become soft (if you think the soybean sprouts are too firm, add some water to prevent the bean sprouts from drying out), add salt and extract the seasoning.
5.
Finally, add garlic to enhance the flavor.
6.
If you add it, you can stir-fry for a while to collect the moisture, and finally it can be out of the pot.
7.
A very simple and home-cooked little stir-fried sausage with bean sprouts is complete.
Tips:
If the sausage itself is very salty, it is recommended to stir-fry the bean sprouts before serving. Otherwise, the sausage will be very salty in the later stage. If the sausage is moderately salty, just follow the steps in the picture; when frying the bean sprouts, clear water can be added. Put it, my pot is thin and heats up quickly, so I put a proper amount of water and remember to accept the soup before it comes out of the pot.
