100% Whole Wheat Bread

Put the eggs, honey, water, whole wheat flour, yeast powder, and salt into the bucket of the bread machine according to the amount, and knead the dough for 20 minutes.

Add butter and knead for 10 minutes.

After adding raisins and walnuts, knead the dough for another 10 minutes.

Put it in a fresh-keeping box and refrigerate for 12 hours.

The dough after refrigeration has only grown a little bigger.

The room is warmed up for 4 hours. The dough has grown a lot.

After applying oil on your hands, ventilate and shape, move the dough to the baking tray and leave it to rise for another 30 minutes.

Sift the flour on the dough after the second serving, and cut the bag. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

It will be out in 35 minutes.
Tips:
When the bread machine started to run for the first 20 minutes of kneading, it felt watery. When the butter was added, the dough was formed.
After the first shot, the hands should be oiled to prevent sticking, otherwise it will be embarrassing.
