In summer, the temperature is high and the appetite is poor. It is particularly important to adjust the diet. Light, appetizing and digestible cold dishes are the first choice for the summer table. I often eat cold dishes, and the continuous changes of cold juices cannot be ignored. This cold sauce prepared with garlic oyster sauce as the main seasoning is very delicious and appetizing.

4 Shreds of Garlic Oyster Sauce

1. Wash lotus root, carrots, and green peppers

2. Cut lotus root into shreds and place in cold water

3. Soaked black fungus, carrot, green pepper and cut into silk

4. Boil the pot with water, add a little salt and oil to make a light oil brine, boil the lotus root in the pot and remove it

5. Blanch the carrots and green peppers in the pot and remove them

6. Boil the fungus in the pot and remove it

7. Drain the ingredients

8. Chopped garlic in a bowl, add salt

9. Add garlic oyster sauce

10. Add soy sauce

11. Add sesame oil and stir to make a cold sauce

12. Put the drained ingredients into the container, add the cold sauce, stir well and enjoy
