Prepare leftover rice, eggs, ham, green onions

Fried rice with right amount of oil

Add the dark soy sauce, you can mix the dark soy sauce with water, otherwise you have to add a lot of soy sauce

Tips:
The leftover rice is best not to be too wet, otherwise it will not be easy to fry into one grain. The heat should not be too high, just a small medium heat.
