As the saying goes, "the essence of the bone is in the soup." In daily life, various bone soups such as big stick soup, spare rib soup, duck shelf soup, etc. are indeed found everywhere. "Bone stew is definitely more nutritious than pure meat, and it is better for absorption."
Recently, I bought three meals a day at work every day or solved it at the company, which was unpalatable and unhealthy, so I went to the market yesterday afternoon to buy some soup ingredients. Born in Guangzhou, the soup is very popular for my family. I have it several times a week to prepare for the winter. I hope this soup can be a reference for everyone. "

Ingredients

A Bowl of Good Soup-chicken Feet, Peanuts, Yam, Pork Bone Soup

1. All materials are ready

2. Soak red dates, big flower beans, wolfberry, peanuts, white fungus, coix seed, and candied fruit

3. Peel the yam and prepare it

4. Chop the chicken feet off the toenails. Because it's dirty, I usually remove it

5. Pour 70% water into the soup pot and bring it to a boil

6. Next, cut the yam and wash it several times in water to remove the viscous liquid

7. Cut the pork bones into pieces, slice the lean meat, put the chicken feet in a dish

8. After the water is boiled, add the pork bones, chicken feet and lean meat and cook for about 15 minutes

9. Add corn and cook for another 20 minutes

10. Cover the pot and turn to medium heat and continue to cook for 20 minutes

11. Add the ingredients and boil on high heat for 10 minutes

12. Stir it with a spoon for a few times, I forgot to take a photo, it’s just stirred

13. Finally, add yam, turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes, and work slowly and carefully. You have to be patient when making soup

14. finished. All the nutrients are in this bowl of soup

Tips:

The yam won't melt so quickly when you put it in the end. The nails of chicken feet are dirty, so it is best to remove them.
