A Bread without Butter [sweet Potato Bread]

After the sweet potato is boiled, let it cool, peel it, and take 100 grams.

Stir at low speed 1st gear first to mix the ingredients and then knead the dough at 3rd gear. The membrane can be pulled out in about 20 minutes.

Put the dough into the bread machine and select the yogurt program to ferment to double its size, which took about 2 hours.

Take out the dough and vent.

Roll up, divide into 8 portions, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Cover with plastic wrap, put in the oven, and select the fermentation program for the second fermentation, about 1 hour.

Tips:
1. No butter is added to this recipe, because sweet potatoes play an important role. There are many ways to cook sweet potatoes, including roasted, steamed, and water-cooked. The water content of cooked sweet potatoes in each method is different, so the amount of water in the recipe should be fine-tuned according to the actual situation. I use boiled sweet potatoes.
2. The high-gluten flour uses Jinxiang high-gluten flour.
