Ingredients

A Classic Autumn Moisturizing Drink-[lily Tremella Red Date Soup]

1. Dried lily, red dates, and white fungus, each in an appropriate amount.

2. Soak the white fungus first.

3. Wash the lily and set aside.

4. Wash the red dates, add a small bowl of blisters and leave to use.

5. Put an appropriate amount of water in the rice cooker, add lily and cook for ten minutes.

6. Then put the white fungus and continue to cook until soft, at least half an hour or more.

7. Finally, add the soaked red dates, and pour them down together with the soaked water.

8. You can keep it warm after cooking. Add three small cubes of sugar when you are ready to drink. In fact, it is not very sweet. Lily also has a bitter taste, so those who like sweet can add some sugar.

9. When it's done, put it in a bowl and drink it.
