A Must-have Afternoon Tea at Home ~ Fried Chicken Wings and French Fries
1.
Cut the potatoes into strips. (The leftovers should also be used, sliced into thin slices of potato chips, the taste is crispy.)
2.
Rinse the cut potatoes with water.
3.
Boil water in a pot, add a little salt, put the potato chips after the water is boiled, and cook for three minutes on high heat.
4.
Pick up and drain the water.
5.
There is no kitchen paper, so it can be dried with a hair dryer, and the effect is also very good.
6.
Sprinkle a little potato starch and mix well.
7.
After mixing well, wrap in plastic wrap and freeze in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
8.
Marinate chicken wings and chicken wing tips with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a little salt for two hours.
9.
The marinated chicken wings are coated with starch.
10.
Coat a layer of egg liquid.
11.
Coat with breadcrumbs. (It’s better to use yellow breadcrumbs. I ran out of it at home.)
12.
Put oil in the pot and heat it up to the point where the chopsticks will bubble up. Add the chicken wings and fry on medium heat for 10 minutes.
13.
Fry until it changes color. My gas stove took about ten minutes.
14.
Get out of the pot and pick up the oil control.
15.
After frying the chicken wings, there will be some breadcrumbs in the oil, so you can use it to fry the fries. Put the French fries into the high fire and fry for 4-5 minutes to remove the oil control.
16.
This is the leftover leftovers from cutting French fries, cut into potato chips. Fry on high fire for 3 minutes. (Unexpectedly, potato chips are the best in the finished product. One by one crunchy)
17.
It's best to have a finished picture. Have a relaxing afternoon tea in the house version.
Tips:
The fire of fried chicken wings is controlled according to the temper of my own gas stove. I have tried to use the induction cooker. It needs a large fire and it will fry for a longer time, but the medium fire of the gas stove can be used for 10 minutes.
