1. Prepare the ingredients you need first. If it is dried black fungus, it needs to be soaked in advance.

2. Next, to process the ingredients, first cut the tomatoes into diamond-shaped pieces, beat the eggs for later use, then remove the roots of the chives and cut into sections. Remove the roots and wash and cut the white mushrooms. The garlic is flattened, peeled, and minced. Break the small piece.

3. Put an appropriate amount of water in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the white jade mushrooms and black fungus, blanch them, and remove the dry water.

4. Then put a little oil in the pot, pour in the egg liquid, fry until fragrant, and set aside.

5. Pour a little oil into the pot. When the oil is 50% hot, add the minced garlic and green onion until fragrant.

6. Then add tomatoes and stir fry a few times to get the juice out.

7. Then add the white jade mushroom and black fungus and stir-fry evenly.

8. Start seasoning, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar and stir-fry evenly.

9. Add the fried eggs and stir-fry well.
