A National Dish that Everyone Loves-steamed Pork Ribs with Glutinous Rice

Soak the glutinous rice with water one night in advance.

Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight. If there is no time, marinate for 1-2 hours.

Steam it in the pot. After the water is boiled, steam for 1-1.5 hours. My glutinous rice is less soaked. Finally, a small part of the ribs is not covered with glutinous rice.
