A Pot of Plain Tea Eggs

Wash the eggs in a pan under cold water, boil them and simmer for 8 minutes, then remove them in cold water.

Knock the egg (don’t know how to describe it 😂) and put it in the pot, put star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, tea, rock sugar, light soy sauce and salt in the pot, then pour in a proper amount of water, bring to a boil, turn to low heat and cook for 15 minutes .

Turn off the heat and simmer for another 2 hours.
