A Rich and Nutritious Baked Rice---baked Rice with Prawns and Fresh Vegetables

Wash the shrimp and squid rings.

Prepare the side dishes, blanch the edamame and bowl of soy rice.

The prawns are shelled and the prawn threads are blanched with the squid rings and cut into your favorite size.

You can also leave a part of the shrimp tails for decoration like I did.

Cut the garnish into cubes.

Put butter in the pan, melted, add minced garlic and onion, sauté fragrant, add bacon, add green and red peppers, pour in edamame, bowl of beans and corn, stir fry, finally add shrimp and squid rings, put Salt and black pepper are fine.

The fried rice is placed in a baking bowl and topped with chopped tomatoes.

Put it in the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes.

Spread with shredded cheese.

Bake in the oven for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Tips:
Ingredients: prawns, squid rings, bacon, garnish: green peppers, red peppers, edamame, beans, corn, onions, garlic, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, seasoning: butter, salt and black pepper. After serving the cheese, bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes (adjust according to your own oven)
1. The squid ring is not cut, I think it is a bit big, so I cut it and use it.
2. You can also put some pizza grass and basil when fried rice.
