A Simple and Home-style Fried String Beans with Meat

After buying the green beans, remove the silk from the top by hand and break them into 1 cm long strips. Wash them with clean water and set aside.

Tips:
1: If there is no broth at home, you can use water instead, but the taste is not as good as that made with broth.
2: The kidney beans must be cooked before collecting the dried soup. Uncooked kidney beans will be poisoned if eaten.
3: Do not add a lot of water to the boiled green beans. Water ginger is 2/3 of the green beans, because the green beans will produce excess water when they are cooked.
4: Kidney beans are easy to cook and do not need to be cooked for a long time. It will be ready to cook for about 15-20 minutes.
