A Tomato Steamed Rice

Put the tomatoes in boiling water and boil for a while. Remove the skin, green pepper, cucumber, mushroom and bacon and dice for later use.

Soak the rice in cold water for ten minutes. .

Put the soaked rice and the diced cubes in a rice cooker and pour water. The amount of water should be just enough to dissolve the diced vegetables and rice. Add oyster sauce and salt and steam for 30 minutes.
Tips:
If you want to add potatoes, you must add them later, or they will be boiled and affect the taste!
