A Touch of Coolness in Summer-cold Tofu

The tofu is chopped or mashed and placed on a plate. It can be stored in the refrigerator for one or two hours. After refrigerating, it tastes icy.

Chop garlic into a small bowl, add sugar and salt to mash.

Add 2 drops of sesame oil, chili pepper, light soy sauce, and stir well.

Sprinkle the seasoned ingredients on tofu, then sprinkle with chives and coriander.
Tips:
1. Tofu can also be stored in the refrigerator before being crushed.
2. No coriander can be left.
