Sushi is my son’s favorite food, so it is also one of the foods I care about the most. As long as I have the opportunity, I will look for ways to make it. Nigiri sushi is very simple and easy to make. Sushi rice is held in my hand. You can match it with shrimp, fish fillets, and eggs. This time I was fortunate to use the Squat Abalone and Scallop XO Spicy Sauce to make the sushi more flavorful. I don’t usually like it, but I ate it at once More than half.

Abalone and Scallop Xo Spicy Sauce Nigiri Sushi

1. Prepare the required ingredients

14. Take an appropriate amount of Squash Abalone and Scallop XO Hot Sauce on top of the shrimp.

15. To dominate the kitchen, you only need one cup of square abalone and scallop XO hot sauce.

Tips:

1. Shrimp skewers toothpicks to prevent bending.
2. The ratio of sugar, vinegar and salt is adjusted according to personal taste. My home is a bit sweet, so I don’t need sushi vinegar bought outside.
