Abalone and Scallops Xo Spicy Sauce Noodles

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into an 8-inch non-stick pan, turn on a medium-to-small fire and heat up, then pour in the egg liquid, turn it around to spread the egg liquid evenly throughout the pan

After the bottom is solidified, turn to low heat and turn over

After frying, pour it on a dedicated cooked chopping board and cut into thin strips

Half a ham sausage is also cut into thin strips for later use

Take another pot, pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil on high heat, put in one serving of noodles and boil again (there are leftover fish balls at home, so I just put a few in)

Add half a spoon of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt, cover the pot and turn to low heat to simmer

Simmer for about two minutes, add the small green vegetables and boil them, then turn off the heat and get out of the pot

Top the noodles with shredded eggs, shredded ham, and small greens

Add 2 boxes (60g) of abalone and scallops xo spicy sauce (I love spicy sauce, so I put two boxes to find it enjoyable)

Mix the sauce well when you eat, it is really spicy and delicious! There is oil in the hot sauce, so I didn’t put any oil in the noodles! Dominate the kitchen with just one cup of abalone and scallops XO hot sauce
