Abalone in Braised Sauce
1.
Use a small brush to clean the abalone shell
2.
Clean the abalone innards and put it back in the shell
3.
Cut the abalone meat with a cross knife
4.
The pan on cold water will be cooked in ten minutes after boiling. Saute the rest of the seasoning with hot oil and pour on the abalone.
Tips:
The abalone shell is very dirty and must be cleaned with a small brush
