Add a little oil to the pot at will, and fry the garlic rice (the garlic should be as much as possible). (Crush a bit) Pour the prepared fresh abalone juice into the pot and boil, add a little sugar to adjust the taste, a little bit of water starch thickens to a suitable concentration, I like the sweet and sour taste, so I added a little tomato sauce.
