Ready prawns and cheese

Wash the prawns, cut off the legs and put them on the chopping board. Gently cut the back of the prawns with a knife.

Use a toothpick to remove the shrimp thread

Then gently tap the flat shrimp body with the back of the knife

Put a little salt, cooking wine and black pepper in a bowl and marinate for 15 minutes

Drain the water and put it in the baking tray and sprinkle the cheese evenly

Put it into the middle and lower layer of the preheated oven: Bake up and down at 200 degrees for 10 minutes

After the cheese is melted, take out and sprinkle with Italian herbs

Continue to bake in the oven for 2~3 minutes

Take out and serve hot
Tips:
1. When opening the back of the shrimp body, please be careful not to cut it, otherwise the shrimp body is easy to disperse and not form.
2. Then carefully pick out the shrimp thread with a toothpick, and gently tap the broken shrimp body with the back of the knife, so that the shrimp will not curl easily during the roasting process.
