The first step is to take 150 grams of warm water to melt brown sugar for later use. Sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds are baked in the oven at 150 degrees for 6-7 minutes.

Old noodles: The method of old noodles: 125 grams of high flour, 1.5 grams of yeast, 1 gram of salt, and 75 grams of cold water are kneaded together to form a smooth dough. Place it in a basin and cover it with a plastic film, and ferment at room temperature to double its size. Or directly refrigerate the fermentation method, you can do it the first night, and come back to use it the next night, which is suitable for office workers. The unused dough can be divided into 50 grams size and used directly next time when making bread. This recipe only uses 100 grams, so I pack the extra and put it in the freezer. The next time I thaw it, I can knead it into the noodles.
