Tips:
1. There is no need to add salt. First, it is not easy to sprinkle evenly. Second, the sausage has a salty taste. Sprinkling with salt is easy to be too salty.
2. The roasting time and temperature should be increased or decreased according to the size of the potatoes and the thickness of the slices.
3. For bobbins that can't cut even blades, you can put two chopsticks on both sides of the potatoes, so that they are not easy to cut. In fact, it will be easier to cut without padding.
