3. After the fermented dough is pressed and exhausted by hand, divide the dough into ten parts. After rounding, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

4. Roll the loose dough into an oval shape.

5. Thin the long bottom edge after turning it over.

6. Rolled into strips from top to bottom.

9. Twist the circle part 180 degrees.

Tips:

The baking temperature is adjusted according to the situation of the oven, my temperature is just a reference. Different brands of flour have different water absorption rates, and the amount of water in the formula is only a reference, and you can adjust it according to the actual situation. After the bread is colored, it should be covered with tin foil in time to prevent the surface from baking. You can brush the egg mixture before baking, and brush the honey water after baking, the color will be more beautiful.
