#aca Fourth Session Baking Contest# Making Pornographic Cod with Orange Sauce

Wash the cod, drain the water, remove the bones and skin, and cut into small pieces.

Add appropriate amount of salt to the cod fillet and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the orange into 4 pieces, peeled and pitted.

Pour into a blender and beat into puree.

Strain the orange juice and set aside.

Dice the onion.

Add an appropriate amount of dried starch to the marinated cod fish and catch it evenly.

Fry into a 60% hot oil pan until the surface is golden and crispy.

Remove and drain the oil.

Pour a little oil in the pan, add onions and saute until fragrant.

Add tomato sauce and fry to get the color, add salt and sugar.

Pour in orange juice and bring to a boil.

Pour in water and starch to thicken the thick gorgon.

Pour in the cod pieces and stir fry quickly, so that the fish pieces are evenly coated with the sauce.

Take out the pan and serve.

Sprinkle a little pine nuts.
