Wash the pork tenderloin, cut into large pieces, and use the grinder function of the cook machine to mince it. Don't mash it into mashed meat. The slightly granular taste is better.

Diced onion, carrot, minced garlic

Add olive oil to a small hot pot, sauté minced garlic, diced onion, and diced carrot

Add minced pork, salt and black pepper and stir fry

Add red wine, tomato sauce, stock, and Italian herbs, mix well and bring to a boil. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes

Cook until thick and serve
Tips:
Tomato sauce can be replaced with fresh tomatoes. You can also add a little diced celery to increase nutrition and taste.
