1.
All the materials needed are here, except for the salt.
2.
Step 1: Cut the small tomatoes in half. It is recommended to use red tomatoes.
3.
Step 2: Cut a tomato with a little more water in half, and apply forcefully on the bread slice, as shown.
4.
Step 3: Cut thin slices of smokeless butter and spread on the bread slices.
5.
Step 4: Put the small tomatoes upside down on the bread slices. If you like the sweet and sour taste with more juiciness, add more tomato cubes as shown in the figure; otherwise, the taste will be more milky and flavorful.
6.
Step 5: Put an appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle with salt, dried parsley and freshly ground black pepper.
7.
Step 6: Sprinkle the cheese on the ground, preferably a thick layer, which will help the cheese to be shredded when you eat it at the end.
8.
Step 7: Preheat the oven at 175°C for 10 minutes, bake at 175°C for 10 minutes, and turn to 185°C for 10 minutes. The smaller one in the picture is enough to bake for a total of 15 minutes, while the larger one takes longer. Ps: Ignore the internal environment of my oven~

The final baked slippers Pizza is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The cheese has a chewy texture, with a touch of milk and sweet and sour tomatoes. It is perfect for appetizers or breakfast.
Tips:
1. The baking time is determined by the temper of your own oven. The soft European buns I use are frozen, so to achieve an excellent drawing effect, the actual time is a little longer.
2. During the baking process, people must pay attention to the internal dynamics of the oven on the side to prevent burning.
