Air-dried Winter Cured Fish

For the prepared fish, cut several knives on the fish, as shown in the picture.

Add the required seasonings to the pot and let it stand for 1-2 days.

The marinated fish is skewered with string, as shown in the picture.

Hang it in a ventilated place to dry.

When you eat, add oil and stir fry again, so that you can wake up the taste. The fried preserved fish and steamed bean paste are ready to be served with rice.
