Air Fryer Pineapple Sour Pork

Dice onions, tomatoes, cut green peppers, and cut pineapples.

Cut the pork into pieces, and then use a meat tenderizer to break the pieces of meat into pieces.

Add salt, lemon juice, cooking wine, cooking oil, starch, and egg yolk to the meat, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes.
