Air Fryer Version Fried Tofu

Materials are ready.

2. Soak the tofu in brine for 10 minutes and remove it.

3. Cut into pieces (both large and small pieces), and use kitchen paper to absorb as much water as possible.

Tips:
Coriander, oyster sauce, chili rings can be put according to taste. My chili powder is Korean. Although it is red, it is not too spicy. If your chili powder is more spicy, put less!
