Air Fryer Version Oil-free Pork Tofu Meatballs

The pork filling is mainly lean, it can be slightly fatter, and the taste is more moist, add a little soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, black pepper, and mix well

Use a grater to rub the carrots into thin and short shreds, or use a knife to chop some more

Put the tofu into the meat filling pot, grab it into pieces with your hands, then mix it well with the meat filling and carrots, taste the saltiness, add salt according to the taste

Take some fillings in your hand, pour a few between your left and right hands to form a ping-pong ball-sized meatball, and put it into the frying basket of the air fryer

After completing a part, fill the basket with a little space in the middle; push the basket into the air fryer. Since there is no preheating, the time is set at 15 minutes and the temperature is 180 degrees.

When the time is up, the skin of the tofu meatballs is golden. You can open one to check the maturity inside. Pick it out when it's cooked, and complete the rest of the filling. If it's not cooked, extend it for a few minutes according to the situation.
Tips:
The kitchenware I use is an air fryer, you can also use an oven to do so;
The ratio of tofu to meat is not too strict. If you like less meat, put more tofu; if you like meat, put less tofu;
The seasoning can be adjusted according to taste.
