Almond Tofu

Soak the sweet almonds in boiling water, peel them and pour them into the food processor

After soaking the agar in water to soften, add 200ml of water and rock sugar into the pot, and heat it on a low heat

When the ingredients in the pot are completely melted, pour in almond milk and milk and stir well. Continue to boil on low heat until slightly boiled, skimming the foam

Pour the boiled almond pulp through a sieve into a container, cool slightly and put it in the refrigerator until it is set

To make sugar water, boil 10 grams of fine sugar and 40 milliliters of water until completely melted, and put it in the refrigerator after cooling.

Take the prepared almond tofu out of the container, cut into small pieces and put it in the sugar water, pour it with sweet osmanthus, and serve
